The best new toy!

So…I kinda feel like I’m finally joining the 21st century.

To say that I’m a bit slow when it comes to technology is an understatement. But, with some major changes coming up in the next few months, I needed to update the gadgets in my life. Ignore the fact that I managed to crack the screen of this thing just after getting it, but now that it’s repaired, we’re back in action!

    What kind of major changes are coming up!? I hope it includes a trip to Bishkek because… OMG DIRECT FLIGHTS TO SEOUL! http://www.knews.kg/ru/society/15026/ (the article’s in Russian, but essentially, once-weekly flights between Bishkek and Seoul are starting on Air Bishkek at the end of April!)

    I got one of those in Hong Kong. I tried to sign into my instagram, and I simply don’t know what my password is, that’s how much I use that thing as a camera. It’s so not intuitive. I think I need a physical button to press. I do use it to compulsively check my email though, because I don’t do that enough :/ (also, get Foodspotting! It’s lovely.)

    One day I’ll get one of those fancy things… for now I’m fine with hijacking my boyfriend’s when I want to play with Instagram! I’m convinced that if I get a smartphone I’ll never take a break from the Internet. My old school phone is for my own good!

      I completely agree. It’s actually just an mp3 player, not a smart phone – if I were connected all the time I think I would get totally sucked in, and be so distracted by it that I would miss everything happening around me. And what fun is that?!

    I love having a (sort of) smart phone that is actually just an iPod that connects to wifi. Wouldn’t want to miss out on the amazing sights, even cameras annoy me sometimes! cute cover btw :)
